As a referral partner, you won’t automatically get access to a client’s account when they sign up through your referral link.
However, if your client wants help with the setup or ongoing management of their Consent Management Platform (CMP), they can give you access by adding you as a teammate to their account.
Note: The Cookie Information platform requires that each email address is associated with only one account. If your email is already linked to your own or another account, your client will need to invite you using a different email address that isn’t connected with any existing Cookie Information account.
Add a user
Your client can give you access to their account by following the simple steps in our guide: Add and remove a user (teammate).
Once you’re added as a new user, you will get a verification email prompting you to create a password and log in.
