What should I do if my payment fails?

Payment failures usually happen because:

  • Your card has expired.

  • Your card provider requires a verification step that wasn’t completed.

To update your card, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Cookie Information billing portal.

2. Go to PAYMENT METHOD.

3. Click X next to your card to delete it.

4. Click Delete payment method.

5. Click Add payment method.

6. Fill out the form with all payment details.

7. Click Add.

8. Confirm adding the card in your banking app.

9. Done.
