The Cookie Information Partner Program has clear guidelines for ending a partnership, whether initiated by you or by Cookie Information.
If you're ending the partnership
You can leave the Partner Program anytime by giving one month’s written notice. This gives both sides time to wrap up ongoing activities and address outstanding matters.
If Cookie Information ends the partnership
We may also choose to end the agreement. In that case, we’ll give you one month’s written notice to ensure a smooth transition and resolution of any open issues.
Responsibilities after the partnership ends
After the partnership ends, no matter who initiated it, you’ll need to do the following:
Stop using marketing and brand materials
You must remove all Cookie Information marketing assets from your website. This includes links to the Cookie Information website, images, trademarks, and any other materials provided through the Partner Program.
Remove licensed content
You can’t use Cookie Information’s trademarks or proprietary content. When the partnership ends, all rights granted under the Partner Program will be revoked.
These steps help both parties meet their responsibilities and protect brand integrity after the partnership ends.
For full details on partnership terms, including termination clauses, review the Partner Program terms and conditions.
