If you are trying to update an old text
There are two ways of updating the text on a Consent Solution for any given language.
The automatic way (which will result in a short period without the Consent Pop-up live on your site and 24-48 hours without a cookie scan result on the website) - regenerating texts by creating a new Consent Solution.
So let's say you have a Consent Solution with English, Danish and Finnish applied but you want to update it. When updating it, follow the steps below.
Delete all the domains in the Consent Solution.
Create a new Consent Solution where you choose the languages English, Danish, and Finnish (the rest of the settings should be as before).
Add the last domains.
Click save and publish
The manual way - Update the text in each field of the pop-up section in the Consent Solution. For English, you can use the texts below, but for other languages, you would have to translate them and enter them manually.
Remember to use the HTML coding displayed below.
The text you can read below is the standard text for all 42 languages in the Cookie Information database created after May 1st, 2021.
Text Field illustrates what the name of the field is on our platform.
The Tab column indicates which of the menus you can insert the text.
