We are committed to providing you with the most effective and compliant consent management services. To align with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements, we have updated our pricing plans and Fair Usage Policy.
The objective of this article is to provide you with a comprehensive and transparent explanation of the changes we have made to better serve your needs and align with the ever-evolving landscape of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Why are we updating our plans?
Organizations like the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Google are making significant updates to their frameworks and integrations. As a result, they impact how we operate in terms of technology, product updates, and even customer engagement. To maintain our competitive edge and deliver exceptional value to our clients, we need to continuously adapt to these industry shifts, which can, in turn, necessitate pricing adjustments.
The Digital Market Act, coming into force in early 2024, will introduce new requirements that impact the consent management industry. Compliance with these regulations demands investments in technology, data protection measures, and, potentially, legal counsel.

Changes to the Fair usage policy
Billing of Fair usage will now be based on the total volume of users across your account. This ensures that both high-traffic and low-traffic accounts are billed fairly.
Fair usage starts at 25.000 monthly users.
When do these changes take effect?
The new plans and Fair Usage policy will apply to all new subscriptions created after 30th October 2023 and existing subscriptions where the billing period renews after the 30th October 2023.
All orders received before 30th October 2023 are automatically transitioned to the new pricing after the billing period renewal. Any updates to existing domains after 30th October 2023 will initiate a renewal.
What do I need to do?
Your continued use of the Cookie Information solution will be considered an acceptance of these pricing changes. If these changes materially impact your business operations, please get in touch with us.
Why is the Fair usage policy changing?
Using the number of monthly users as a price variable helps us deliver a service matching the individual client's use. Based on our client’s feedback and to ensure that high and low-traffic accounts are billed fairly, we will now calculate the Fair Usage based on the total volume of users across your account.
How do I know how many monthly users my account has?
The number of monthly users on an account will roughly correspond to the monthly unique visitors to your websites from your analytics tool.
The total number of monthly users is the sum of monthly users from all domains within your account. So, let's assume you are the owner of domain A and domain B. Domain A gets 10.000 monthly users on a monthly basis, and domain B gets 2.000 monthly users on a monthly basis, which means your total monthly users count is 10.000+2.000 = 12.000.
The exact number can be found by logging into your account and accessing the reporting tool. You can read more about the reporting tool here.
What does this mean for me as a partner?
If you manage and invoice your end clients for their Consent Solutions, you need to be aware of a Price Adjustment.
